Website analytics and privacy

Munkoh Ltd uses optional website statistics to understand how people find and use its public pages and to improve the website. Analytics are off unless you allow them. Your choice does not affect your ability to use the website or client portal.

What we measure

With your permission, we count public page views, approximate visits, entry pages, broad referral sources, device-size groups, country where available and selected actions such as opening an enquiry email. The hosting network may use your IP address to estimate country. The analytics database stores daily totals, not IP addresses, visitor identifiers, full referrer URLs, form contents or individual browsing histories. Private pages and uploaded documents are not included.

What is stored in your browser

A first-party preference cookie remembers your choice for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, a timestamp in the current browser tab helps estimate when a visit begins. It stays in that tab and is not sent to Munkoh Ltd. It is cleared when the tab session ends or when you decline analytics in that tab.

Access and retention

Only the Munkoh Ltd website owner can view the reports. Analytics run on the website's existing hosting infrastructure and are not used for advertising. The dashboard covers up to 180 days; older totals are cleared as new data is collected. You can withdraw permission at any time above. Existing totals are not linked to individuals and cannot be separated back into individual visits.
